Vincent Coiquaud and Vanessa Schwartz welcome you to their restaurant; L'Adresse in the St. Eutrope area of Saintes - 17100.
They offer you an innovative cuisine very much based on regional products.
Vincent, originally a pastry chef who went on to study to become a chef, has the talent to bring new ideas and invent tasty and surprising dishes.
The atmosphere is sophisticated - its clean lines almost minimalist. The welcome from Vanessa is warm and friendly.
The menu changes with the seasons, and there is a suggestion of the day.
